Patty Yahn-Urlaub

Patty Yahn-Urlaub is a dynamic and accomplished Investor Relations professional with more than 30 years of experience in Global Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, Strategic Communications, Project Management, and Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to joining Kei Advisors, Patty led the IR Team at Constellation Brands, a mega cap CPG Company, where she built and maintained institutional investor relationships and effectively communicated information regarding company performance, strategy and future direction to key financial and investment community constituents. She also collaborated with and served as a consultant to Constellation’s executive management team to influence strategic direction and communications related to company initiatives including M&A, capital allocation, changes in company strategy, and ESG. During her tenure at Constellation, Patty’s IR Team received 5 consecutive years of several “top IR” accolades from Institutional Investor and earned inclusion in the “All-America Executive Team” for the Consumer Goods Industry Sector.

 Patty is a member of NIRI and participates on the Senior Roundtable, and was a member of the founding committee of the Western NY Investor’s Conference. Patty currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Rohrbach Brewing Company and the Rochester chapter of the Ronald McDonald House, volunteers at the Nativity School in Rochester, NY, and is a team captain for the American Diabetes Association Tour de Cure event.

 Patty is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University where she received her B.B.A. degree. She received her M.B.A. in International Finance from Schiller International University in Heidelberg, Germany.
