Henrietta Nagy has more than 6 years of international work experience in project management, strategy development, management consulting, and financial planning.
Henrietta studied and worked in four different countries. She started her career in her senior year of college as the Project Manager of the Hungarian Economist’s Society from Romania, the national network of business professionals. In 2010, she was elected Vice-President of the youth department and, in 2013, was elected President. As a next step in her career, she worked in the tech industry as the Project Manager of Ruby Tribe & Cluj Cowork from Romania, where she managed a team of developers and designers in taking startup ideas to the market.
Henrietta earned her B.S. in Finance and Banking and M.S. in Corporate Financial Management from the University of Babes-Bolyai in Romania, while she also studied abroad in Portugal and Hungary. In 2014, she received the Calasanctius Training Program’s full MBA scholarship, so she moved to the United States and graduated with her MBA in Strategic Management and Human Resources Management from Niagara University. During her time at Niagara, she worked as the Sales and Operations Manager of the Center for Events and Management Development, and also served on the Executive Committee and Academic Senate of the University.
